At Venezianico, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the watch in its original Venezianico box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
